The Apple Sig is held each month on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:30.

The Apple Special Interest Group (“SIG”) is held each month on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM. This group focuses on the increasingly popular and fastest growing operating system in the world: Mac OS X. We discuss the latest Apple technologies, news, hardware, and software. We also present troubleshooting assistance and offer purchasing recommendations. This group attracts a broad audience of both consumers and professionals providing opportunities for exciting presentations and demonstrations from members of the group. Time is also spent in discussions of commercial and freeware software developed for the Apple platform including the Macintosh, iPhone, and emerging technologies. A question and answer session is frequently conducted. All levels of expertise are invited to attend.

The CCS Board Meeting is held each month on the 4th Monday of the month at 6:30PM.

During the Board Meeting Officer Reports are given by the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. The various Department Directors report on Advertising, Educational Services, Electronic Communications, Membership, Publications, Programs/Events, Public Relations, Resource Center and Past President. There is an opportunity for discussion of Old Business and New Business. Members are always welcome to attend.
Fox PRO Programming Sig

The Fox PRO Programming Sig is held each month on the 4th Monday of the month at 6:30PM.

This Special Interest Group meets to consider programming procedures, algorithms, pitfalls to avoid, and other issues related to Microsoft's Fox family of programming languages. The meeting will often include a presentation and will certainly have time for question and answer session.

The Investment Sig is held each month on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:30PM.

The Investment Sig considers the use of computer hardware and software to help the individual manage their investments, whether they be stocks, bonds, real estate holdings, or mutual funds.

The Novice/SuperHighway Sig is held each month on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30PM.

We discuss ways for the novice to become better acquainted with his/her computer. We also spend a great deal of time answering questions from those in attendance.

Whether your on-ramp to the Information Super Highway, The Greater Columbus Free-net or a local Internet Service Provider, this SIG makes it easier for you to find your way through the maze of software and data available to you on-line.
OCLC General Meeting

The OCLC General Meeting is held each month on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30PM.

The meeting starts at 6:30PM. A representative from the Educational Services Department conducts a brief guest and new member orientation session.

The main meeting starts at 7:00PM and after the meeting announcements, a CCS representative will conduct a short session for questions concerning problems any of the audience may have with their computer hardware or software. Then the main meeting presentation starts between 7:30 and 8 PM.
Windows Sig

The Windows Sig is held each month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30PM.

The Windows Special Interest Group (SIG) deals with all aspects of the Windows Operating System software from Microsoft. Discussion topics include Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Time is also spent in discussions of software developed for Windows, both commercial, such as Microsoft Office, and shareware. A question and answer session is usually conducted at the meeting to help our members with setting up a new system or to assist them with problems or configuration.
